The 2022 Special Olympics USA Games will be hosted by Orlando,
Florida on June 5-11, 2022. Over 4,000 athletes will compete in nearly 20
Olympic-style individual and team sports, with the support of 1,000 coaches,
10,000 volunteers and over 60,000 family, friends and spectators.
The Special Olympics USA Games celebrate the Special Olympics movement, promote the ideals of acceptance and inclusion through sport, and showcase athletes from throughout the U.S. and the abilities of people with intellectual disabilities. The USA Games also highlight Special Olympics’ work in sport, education, health, and communities.

We will require 10,000 volunteers to plan and implement the USA Games, and many positions are appropriate for families with children age 11 and up, high school youth groups, associations, or employee groups. We look forward to your support!
