Hello Friends and Family. 

For the past 18 years, you have seen my involvement with Special Olympics Florida, a cause that has transformed countless lives—including my own. Special Olympics is more than just sports; it’s about building confidence, fostering inclusion, and empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities and other developmental disabilites to shine in their communities and beyond.

Throughout my journey, I’ve had shared my love and passion for gymnastics with the Special Olympics Florida community.  I reenstated and continue to oversee the Special Olympics gymnastics program here in Miami Dade county and have had the opportunity to grow and develop the program across the state, as well.   I have represented Special Olympics Florida as the head coach of gymnastics at the two most recent Special Olympics USA Games in Seattle and Orlando and will be once again at the 2026 USA Games in Minnesota.  I am also  part of several committees both on the national and interntation level of Specail Olympics to continue building and fostering the gymnastics program.  

But above all else, I have had the privilege of witnessing incredible moments of courage, joy, and achievement of our athletes. These experiences have reinforced my love of the sport and commitment to supporting the athletes that inspire us all!

Now, I’m asking for your help to continue making a difference. Your support will provide essential resources like weekly trainings, equipment, uniforms and opportunities for athletes to compete.
