I was inspired by the ADAPT Employee Resource Group (ERG) from First American Title. The ADAPT (Ability / Disability Advocates Partnering Together) Employee Resource Group’s vision is to promote a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace for people with disabilities. We offer support and education for members who have disabilities and their allies. This group is open to employees who are disabled identifying, informed and emerging allies, and those interested in understanding the diversity within the disabled experience.
