Tue Grit Fit powerlifting team began six years ago with just two athletes and has grown to now having twelve members. These athletes train year round and participate in three local competitions and one out of state invitational. It takes funds to get them to these competitions and donations to our athletes through the Poalr Plunge help our team.

Did you know that nearly 60,000 unified partners and athletes with intellectual disabilities receive health exams and compete in year-round sports competitions at no cost to them or their families?  By raising funds, even more athletes will get to experience the joy of sports through the programs of Special Olympics Florida.
