2025 Race for Inclusion - On Campus

December 3, 2025

On December 3, in honor of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, schools across Florida that participate in Special Olympics will unite for an On-Campus Race for Inclusion. This statewide event brings students, staff, and communities together to celebrate inclusion and raise funds that directly support their school programs.

By participating, schools will help provide year-round sports training and competition, essential health services, and leadership opportunities for more than 85,000 Special Olympics Florida athletes. To make an even greater impact, funds raised will be split 50/50—half will go directly back to the school’s Special Olympics program and half will support Special Olympics Florida statewide.

Your race can take any form that best fits your school community from a parade around campus to a hula hoop contest, fun run, or another creative idea. We want you to create an event that reflects your school’s spirit and celebrates inclusion in your own unique way.

Let’s rally together to make this a memorable day of unity, inclusion, and school pride!

Schools that raise at least $200 by November will receive a Swag Kit, including a banner, large photo frames, and yard signs for your school!
